Biography
Dr Zhao Zeng is an Associate Research Fellow in the College of Management and Economics at Tianjin University. Her research focuses on cascading risks from sudden-onset disasters and on post-disaster management. She develops input-output-based disaster-footprint methods to quantify economic losses across production supply chains and assess alternative recovery strategies.
